Damaged or Defective Products
If your African Grey Parrot or any other Parrot arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or a refund, including any applicable shipping costs.
Change of Mind
We understand that circumstances can change. If you have a change of mind about your purchase, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a refund in this case:
- The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
- You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund, excluding any original shipping fees.
Returns
If you wish to return a product for any reason other than damage or defect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return in this case:
- The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
- You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- A restocking fee of 10% may apply.
Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your return, and the refund will be issued, minus any applicable restocking fees and original shipping fees.
